When browsed through the Performing Ads market place, I realized that quite a few of the top alexa ranked blogging sites have got one little widget on them - the Entrecard. Driven by curiosity, I applied an Entrecard account for one of my blogs, and started testing out. It turned out to be a real traffic generator. On a Sunday night, the traffic to my blog more than tripled virtually overnight. The idea behind the Entrecard is sort of similar to the traffic exchange sites, you visit other member's site and drop your card there to get credit for your account. In return, other bloggers come to your site and drop their cards(thus traffic to your site). The advantage over traffic exchange sites is that you don't have to click you finger numb to get enough credits to make your site show up to others. I dropped 7 cards out, yet got 15 cards dropped in to my blog. Now I get a secret of the top bloggers.
